Welcome to Saturday Serials
Miss Sweet is the owner of a cozy saloon and a broken heart. Below is her story.Miss Sweet's Saloon Part XVI - The Familiar Stranger
With business at the Saloon a bit slow, Miss Sweet reckoned it was the perfect time to be restocking the homemade stuff.
Keepin' one ear on the front door, she made merry in the back kitchen mixing and boiling and testing it all for just the right about of kick in her shine. Seems she got so caught up in her concocting, she never did hear the cowboy sit down at the empty bar til she noticed her pet mongrel was no where to be found.
Curiosity dragged Miss Sweet right straight out to that lonely slab of polished wood and the sight of the finest piece of... cowboy bent over and pettin' her darling bitch.
Who in the devil could that be?! Weren't no man that... tight in this hear town that weren't already in her stable *cough cough*

Hmm, now you got me worrying for you, Miss Sweet. If this stranger was bent over, what was it about him that was familiar?
Must have been his hat, cowboy!
Hmm, strange place to keep a hat.

Thanks so much for delving into my head. It's scary in here sometimes, so it is nice to have company! Don't step on the zephyr...
