MY TEASE
"Jim shook his head and planted his ass back on the floor,
figuring that if his brain wasn't working right,
he wasn't about to chance his knees anymore
in the event they decided to take up the fad."
~ page 101, Covet: A Novel of the Fallen Angels by J. R. Ward
This series is running parallel to the Black Dagger Brotherhood world... very cool.
Are you feeling teased? Comment at the top of the post.

I like the language Ms. Ward uses... a very simple action is being taken in the excerpt, put in a unique way.
Very nice teaser hon.... and psssttt happy anniversary..... hugs!
Does this series give you any insight into the BDB series?
Secondary characters from the BDB series become main characters. In this story Trey & Marie-Terese are center stage.
Brothers move through this world, but they are not usually named.
There are some pretty detailed descriptions of strangers that make me think if I had read the first 6 books of BDB I would recognize the description as a specific Brother.
Nice teaser. I haven't finished the BDB series but hope to one day and then I can start on this one.
My Teaser Tuesday is here.
I was a very bad girl and have only read BDB #7 & #8... but I promise, the rest are sitting on my shelf waiting for me. :D
Hee. Sounds like a good plan.
Oooo I haven't read this one yet. Definitely adding it to my want list.
Great teaser! I've heard a lot of good things about these books :)
I really want to get into this series I've been reading nothing but YA books I need something a little more grown up to escape to soon. ;)
Here is my Teaser!
I read this book last year, and enjoyed it. I think her BDB series is better though.

Great teaser! Sounds like some one is a little on the weak side. Or something to make him weak in the knees. Thanks! I hope you are enjoying this read. Thank you for stopping by too. :)

Thanks so much for delving into my head. It's scary in here sometimes, so it is nice to have company! Don't step on the zephyr...
