There is a lot of hype going around about the value of this teaser.
For a veteran Anita fan, it was a nice bit of smut to get me through but I ended up skimming through half of it. Why? Because of the prolific repetitive backstory.
Granted, reviewing the facts that create this complicated world is extremely helpful to breaking in the noobies, but the rest of us inwardly groan every time! At least change it up a bit and throw in a new tidbit of gristle for your loyal followers to chew on.
Ultimately, it was a sex scene. Yummy, contorted, dominating and hot. Enjoy, I know I did. And don't worry too much that it cost the same as the coffee you were able to finish with the story.
