MY TEASE
I jammed the waffle fork that I still had in my hand right in the middle of all six of those eyes. "Hello, Sunshine."

Great teaser. I wonder what he is and what has six eyes.
Those sunflower eyes belonged to monster spiders determined to eat Cal... but our Cal is even a bigger monster :)

I think I read the first 2 or 3 in this series, but then there was a kerfuffle with this author and I lost interest...
