Alexandre Renard never met a more intriguing woman than Veronica Marshall. He waited for weeks for the mysterious woman to make her move...and wasn't disappointed when they shared a seductive dance at a Paris tango club. Their passion made him want to savor their embrace forever--even though he knew that Veronica was waiting for her chance to destroy him....
Veronica's game of cat-and-mouse with Alexandre turns into nights of unforgettable pleasure. How could she destroy the man she came to love?
With time--and their enemies--against them, the couple will have to fight to win just one more day in each other's arms....
COVER ART
- A seductive lean with a hint of tango, via rose and pose
- Title & Author fight for supremacy
- Clean addition of series info
- Beautiful ornamentation
PARANORMALITY
- Vampires
SEXUALITY
- M/F
- Sleeping with the enemy
AUDIO REVIEW
- Same narrator as My Vampire Husband, so it took me a while to disassociate Blu from the current narrator.
PLOT REVIEW
- What would you do if the end of your life was only a year on the horizon. Do something good or indulge every whim?
- I came to this story after Her Vampire Husband, which is actually out of order. So I had some spoilers before I even started. The book seems predictable, but I am not sure if that is due to the spoilers or not.
- Dance is passion, and I have extreme emotional ties to dance. Therefore this story holds my interest even though the intensity of emotion is mild. I superimpose my passion for dance over the suggested passion of the characters to form a wonderful dance.
- The language of the dance is carried throughout the story, a very nice integration of literary grace as well as an interesting twist on the basic elements within all paranormal romances.

Nice review honey... I am a big fan of dance as well... So any book with an association with it - I will immediately put my own passion in it. Now the tango is a very seductive, erotic dance (or it can be, hee hee.. hey I am a hussy damnit)... So, I would hope that it would carry out in the book. Thanks for posting this up!
Hope your day is going great!
Nice review. I like the idea that it carries the dance theme through the book.

Thanks so much for delving into my head. It's scary in here sometimes, so it is nice to have company! Don't step on the zephyr...
