The closest book to me this week is the one I was reading at lunch! Here is an excerpt from Laurell K. Hamilton's Anita Blake Vampire Hunter Series: Incubus Dreams - pg 56

He nodded, a little too rapidly, as he turned away, and stared out into the dark again. I knew he wasn't really seeing the yard that bordered the church. I knew he was just staring to be staring, and not to have to meet anyone's eyes for a while, but it was sort of unnerving.

Please play along! I was going to bore you with page 56 from the NIMS Incident Command System Field Guide, but it is a chart - lucky you, unlucky me.

I really enjoyed the first 6 or so books of this series and then gave it up. Hope you like the latter books better than I did!

Tonya - I also enjoy erotic fiction so, I am on my second read through this series. I enjoyed the evolution from paranormal to erotic dark urban fantasy. Anita's indecisiveness and inability to learn and RETAIN the basic needs of her new powers has me banging my head against the wall!

Thanks for stopping by!

Thanks so much for delving into my head. It's scary in here sometimes, so it is nice to have company! Don't step on the zephyr...
